Ireland: 4 - 8 business days
Europe: 4 - 7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 9 - 12 business days

I ship from my home in Portugal within 3-5 business days of getting an order. After I receive an order, I send a confirmation email which details the address I have received from PayPal so that you can check it to see that it is complete and correct.

For USA orders, I am temporarily routing postage through Ireland because of the new US tariffs, as Portugal has no systems in place yet. You will be contacted about the 15% tariff when your parcel is on route to USA.

 

You are responsible for paying this new tariff. The email or text will come from "An Post" and it will contain the tracking number I will have previously sent to you.

For all other destinations, I use CTT 'Corrieo Azul' service which is the Portuguese national postal service's Express Shipping option. It is safe and traceable and reliable in terms of the timing quoted.


Shipping cost is a worldwide flat rate of €8

I often ship directly to wedding planners or to a contact at a hotel or wedding venue - just ask, it's no problem at all. :)​
