I now ship from Portugal using Express post which is safe and trackable. I moved to Portugal from Ireland in January 2018. I use CTT 'Corrieo Azul' service which is the Portuguese national post service's Express Shipping option, or UPS for Express deliveries.
Shipping cost is a worldwide flat rate of €8 posted or €55 UPS

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal operators.

I keep your payment information secure by using PayPal buttons. I never receive your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
I do not accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I don't accept cancellations if the item has shipped.
Missing Items
If a woven cord goes missing, I will reship at no extra cost to you. Please keep an eye on your item using the Postal Service 'Track and Trace' function of your own country, especially if you are on a tight timeframe. Most countries have the option of signing up for email alerts of all activities relating to the movement of the package through their system.
If the item goes astray due to a mistake with the address supplied to me, I will reweave for a small fee, and also charge you for the reshipment costs. I do my best to assist in avoiding this situation by including the address I have been provided in your Order Confirmation email, so you have the opportunity to check that it is correct. If a cord is not delivered 6 weeks after I ship, I will give you a refund, minus VAT and shipping charges.
